If you are unsure about certain products and how they can benefit you then booking in an online consultation with one of our accredited Medicinal Cannabis & CBD specialists will help you to understand the plants, products we offer and all the benefits of using them. If you don't know which products will help you reach homeostasis within (balance) then we will be here every step of the way to advise & guide you as best we can. All of our specialists are accredited Drs in their field of plant medicine, holistic & therapeutic, natural & organic treatments with insurance and a listing on THE COMPLEMENTARY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION - it is safe to say you are in good hands with our team. Once your consultation has finished you will receive an email with treatment plan and once you receive this it is up to you to sign up and start receiving the support and products you require. If you are given a regular treatment plan then the specialist who advised you will also be available to speak with once a week so we can keep a record and support you every step of the way along with sending out all the products you require for this! We are a caring team who like to help & support individuals in gaining knowledge and the right treatment plan/products available for them. For us it is about being there for each and every person and giving a personal service to everyone that trusts us to do so.
Cancellation Policy
CBD Healing Bar Policy To ensure all clients enjoy a seamless and relaxing experience during their CBD Healing Bar sessions, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: Booking & Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be charged as a missed appointment. Arrival Policy Arrive Early: Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session. For example, if your session is at 3:00 PM, please arrive by 2:55 PM. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and charged in full.This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. Pre-Session Requirements Clean Hands & Face: Please arrive with clean hands and a clean face. If you are wearing makeup, there will be an additional £5 charge for makeup removal, which will shorten your session time. Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for relaxation during your session. Behavior & Conduct Respectful Behaviour: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or other clients. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and potential banning from the premises. Politeness is Expected: Please be courteous and polite to our team, ensuring a positive atmosphere for everyone. Minors Policy Under 18s: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who will be required to sign a consent form on their behalf. Health & Safety Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This ensures we can provide the safest and most effective treatment for you. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and other clients. Payment Policy Packages: Prepayment is required for all treatment packages at the time of booking. Single Sessions: A £25 deposit is required when booking a single session. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment. Refunds: Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions. Other Guidelines Mobile Devices: Kindly silence or switch off your mobile phone during your session to maintain a peaceful environment. Pregnancy: Please advise us when booking
