​How do I
place an order?
On our website, this is the easiest & most efficient way to place an order on a product we sell or you can now even make a booking online for a CBD Massage or consultation. All you have to do is click the Shop link at the top of every page to view all of our products. If you would like to view all of our CBD products or book a session at our CBD Healing Bar just click the relevant tabs in the navigation bar to be direct you to the right page.

Payment
& Shipping
All payments must be received prior to us sending out any goods. Payments are to be made via our website safely & securely.
All orders placed before 11am will be sent out that day. We use a direct shipping partner to make sure orders are on a Next day delivery service apart from Sundays, Bank Holidays & National holidays, in which case your order will be sent out the following business day.
We accept NO responsibility if your order does not arrive, we always send out a tracking number as proof of posting for you to view & track your parcel along its delivery journey.

All payments are made safely & securely using our payment partner SUMUP & Paypals encrypted site.

Returns
& Refunds
NO REFUNDS on any products apart from Smoking Accessories &Clothing unless the item arrives damaged in which case you will need to send an email/message via your account with a proof of pic then we will be able to exchange the item only.
Smoking Accessories must be returned in original package within 14 days with reason for return to enable a full refund.
NO REFUNDS on cancelled booking services unless 48hrs prior to session in which case your deposit can be moved to secure a later date. No refunds on deposits at all.
