The CBD Ultra-Lift & Sculpt Facial is a 60-minute high-performance treatment that combines the power of our full-spectrum CBD skincare with cutting-edge tools—Cold Hammer, Ultrasound Probe, Scraping Tool, and LED Light Therapy. This facial is designed to detoxify, sculpt, lift and deeply hydrate the skin—leaving your face noticeably brighter, firmer, and more youthful in just one session. You’ll start with a deep double cleanse using our CBD-infused cleansing oil and cream, followed by a gentle bamboo exfoliation to refine and polish the skin. A warm CBD/aroma-infused towel opens the pores for maximum product penetration and relaxation. Once the skin is prepped, we use our ultrasonic skin scrubber to lift away impurities and dead skin. Then, our ultrasound probe infuses our powerful CBD Face Serum deep into the dermis, enhancing hydration, boosting elasticity, and calming inflammation. The cold hammer is then applied to soothe the skin, tighten pores, reduce redness, and leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed. You’ll unwind under our LED light—customised to your skin type—to further stimulate collagen and improve tone. A finishing layer of our CBD Hyaluronic Acid Serum and nourishing moisturiser seals in the benefits. Please Note: A full consultation will be provided before your session. This treatment is not recommended for those with severe skin conditions, broken skin, open wounds, or active inflammation.
Cancellation Policy
CBD Healing Bar Policy To ensure all clients enjoy a seamless and relaxing experience during their CBD Healing Bar sessions, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: Booking & Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be charged as a missed appointment. Arrival Policy Arrive Early: Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session. For example, if your session is at 3:00 PM, please arrive by 2:55 PM. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and charged in full. This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. Pre-Session Requirements Clean Hands & Face: Please arrive with clean hands and a clean face. If you are wearing makeup, there will be an additional £5 charge for makeup removal, which will shorten your session time. Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for relaxation during your session. Behaviour & Conduct Respectful Behaviour: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or other clients. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and potential banning from the premises. Politeness is Expected: Please be courteous and polite to our team, ensuring a positive atmosphere for everyone. Minors Policy Under 18s: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who will be required to sign a consent form on their behalf. Health & Safety Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This ensures we can provide the safest and most effective treatment for you. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and other clients. Payment Policy Packages: Prepayment is required for all treatment packages at the time of booking. Single Sessions: A £25 deposit is required when booking a single session. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment. Refunds: Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions. Other Guidelines Mobile Devices: Kindly silence or switch off your mobile phone during your session to maintain a peaceful environment. Pregnancy: Please advise us when booking
