Thai hand reflexology is an exceptionally relaxing treatment that provides the recipient with the chance to fully unwind, relax & heal. Hand reflexology is empowering because whether someone suffers from irritable bowel syndrome, sinusitis, headache or needs relief from stress, it can help. It can be used as an alternative to foot reflexology using gentle but firm massage techniques and a wooden Thai massage stick to massage & press acupressure points in your hands. What makes this hand massage unique and stand out from the rest is because of the style of massage we have incorporated into this treatment and the CBD massage oil used throughout which promotes health, wellbeing & relaxation into all the areas of your body via your hands. The session lasts 45 minutes in total and will leave you feeling totally relaxed and calm. From the minute you arrive you will be taken to one of our relaxing rooms with the aroma & essence of our exclusive SPA CBD Candles & diffuser oils with their therapeutic values whilst you breath in the natural CBD essence during your session. You will also be offered one of our healthy CBD green shots before you get into the snug chair for your massage. This 30 minute massage is a gentle relaxing therapy which concentrates on pressure points on your hands and releasing stress from within. We then work up to destress and relieve any tension, aches & pains by using a special gentle massage & reflexology technique - this will help with releasing any tension causing headaches & migraines, whilst also pinpointing other areas in the body. Prior to your massage you will relax in our snug chair breathing the CBD Aromas and Once your massage is finished you are left in our relaxing room to chill with a cup of CBD tea for another ten minutes - this is very important for you to lay still and just do nothing immediately after your relaxing massage as it enables all of our hard work & the oils to set in and do their job - which is to relax you, release all tension & revive you for the week! Regular sessions are what we recommend to start depending on how stressed your lifestyle is, how much tension you have within and how we can also help you in other areas to relax, heal & rejuvenate yourself. We advise at least 2-3 sessions in the first week to really feel the benefits of this natural treatment & help create homeostasis within.
Cancellation Policy
CBD Healing Bar Policy To ensure all clients enjoy a seamless and relaxing experience during their CBD Healing Bar sessions, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: Booking & Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be charged as a missed appointment. Arrival Policy Arrive Early: Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session. For example, if your session is at 3:00 PM, please arrive by 2:55 PM. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and charged in full.This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. Pre-Session Requirements Clean Hands & Face: Please arrive with clean hands and a clean face. If you are wearing makeup, there will be an additional £5 charge for makeup removal, which will shorten your session time. Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for relaxation during your session. Behavior & Conduct Respectful Behaviour: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or other clients. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and potential banning from the premises. Politeness is Expected: Please be courteous and polite to our team, ensuring a positive atmosphere for everyone. Minors Policy Under 18s: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who will be required to sign a consent form on their behalf. Health & Safety Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This ensures we can provide the safest and most effective treatment for you. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and other clients. Payment Policy Packages: Prepayment is required for all treatment packages at the time of booking. Single Sessions: A £25 deposit is required when booking a single session. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment. Refunds: Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions. Other Guidelines Mobile Devices: Kindly silence or switch off your mobile phone during your session to maintain a peaceful environment. Pregnancy: Please advise us when booking
