Whether it’s before a busy workday, during a lunch break, or after a long shift, the CBD Relaxation Break is your personal escape—a 30-minute secluded sanctuary designed to ground you, calm your nervous system, and gently bring you back to balance. What to Expect From the moment you arrive, the experience begins. You’ll be warmly welcomed and guided into our serene CBD treatment room—a softly lit, plant-filled haven curated for calm. You’ll be invited to sink into a plush recliner chair, your comfort cocoon for the next half hour. Then comes your welcome drink—choose between our signature CBD Green Juice or a soothing CBD Herbal Tea, both handcrafted to relax and revitalise from the inside out. Your therapist will then begin: 👐 6 minutes of hand massage, focusing on releasing tension through key pressure points. 💆♀️ 3 minutes of temple massage, easing mental strain and soothing stress. The remaining 20 minutes are your time. You're left alone to simply be—rest, recharge, breathe deeply, and allow your mind to drift. Surrounded by: Ambient mood lighting Live, lush greenery Tranquil, meditative music And a gentle 15-minute CBD aromatherapy mist, diffusing our exclusive calming blend into the air This is your mental reset button. Cancellation Policy
CBD Healing Bar Policy To ensure all clients enjoy a seamless and relaxing experience during their CBD Healing Bar sessions, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: Booking & Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be charged as a missed appointment. Arrival Policy Arrive Early: Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session. For example, if your session is at 3:00 PM, please arrive by 2:55 PM. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and charged in full.This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. Pre-Session Requirements Clean Hands & Face: Please arrive with clean hands and a clean face. If you are wearing makeup, there will be an additional £5 charge for makeup removal, which will shorten your session time. Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for relaxation during your session. Behavior & Conduct Respectful Behaviour: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or other clients. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and potential banning from the premises. Politeness is Expected: Please be courteous and polite to our team, ensuring a positive atmosphere for everyone. Minors Policy Under 18s: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who will be required to sign a consent form on their behalf. Health & Safety Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This ensures we can provide the safest and most effective treatment for you. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and other clients. Payment Policy Packages: Prepayment is required for all treatment packages at the time of booking. Single Sessions: A £25 deposit is required when booking a single session. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment. Refunds: Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions. Other Guidelines Mobile Devices: Kindly silence or switch off your mobile phone during your session to maintain a peaceful environment. Pregnancy: Please advise us when booking
