Next, we apply our exclusive CBD conductivity gel to maximise the results of advanced techniques. Using the ultrasound microcurrent probe, we stimulate collagen and elastin production, firming and lifting the skin. This is followed by LED light therapy to encourage cellular repair and radiance, and the cold hammer to calm, soothe and tighten the complexion. A refreshing CBD O₂ misting spray is then infused into the skin with our jet mist device, flooding cells with hydration and oxygen. We then apply the indulgent CBD Gold Anti-Aging Face Mask. While the mask works its magic for 10 minutes, you will enjoy a calming reflexology hand massage, enhancing relaxation and circulation. Cancellation Policy
CBD Healing Bar Policy To ensure all clients enjoy a seamless and relaxing experience during their CBD Healing Bar sessions, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: Booking & Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the session being charged in full. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be charged as a missed appointment. Arrival Policy Arrive Early: Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled session. For example, if your session is at 3:00 PM, please arrive by 2:55 PM. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and charged in full. This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. Pre-Session Requirements Clean Hands & Face: Please arrive with clean hands and a clean face. If you are wearing makeup, there will be an additional £5 charge for makeup removal, which will shorten your session time. Comfortable Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for relaxation during your session. Behaviour & Conduct Respectful Behaviour: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff or other clients. Such behaviour will result in immediate termination of services and potential banning from the premises. Politeness is Expected: Please be courteous and polite to our team, ensuring a positive atmosphere for everyone. Minors Policy Under 18s: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who will be required to sign a consent form on their behalf. Health & Safety Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This ensures we can provide the safest and most effective treatment for you. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of our team and other clients. Payment Policy Packages: Prepayment is required for all treatment packages at the time of booking. Single Sessions: A £25 deposit is required when booking a single session. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of treatment. Refunds: Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions.
